The level of daily stress that we endure together with the bad postures that we adopt in our workplace, the little physical exercise due to lack of time are to a large extent the cause of our fatigue, lack of productivity, creativity and efficiency.

Spending a few minutes relaxing leads us to focus, improve our concentration and activate the nervous system, directly contributing to improved performance.

In this seminar we will learn how to relax with practical and motivating exercises for everyone. We will analyze the concept of Mindfulness and positive thinking, and we will improve the ability to improve stressful situations.
