A healthy diet makes an important contribution to better health and the prevention of serious diseases such as cardiovascular diseases. In addition, eating well helps combat stress and protects us from minor disorders such as colds or the flu.

At work, a balanced diet in the right amount and frequency maintains the energy level and improves performance. Promoting healthy eating habits in the company is something good both for the worker (better health, more performance) and for the company (higher productivity, less absenteeism).

During the 6 hours of training we will analyze the benefits of a healthy diet and we will learn to know what we eat. We will present ideas to eat well both at work and at home. Finally, we will design healthy menus for multiple situations.
