OBJECTIVES

GENERAL OBJECTIVE:

The aim of the course is to teach students the operations of submerged arc handling for implementation in production lines.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:

• To know the different parts and use of it.
• To know the assembly and preparation, both of parts and of the submerged arc, prior to welding.
• To acquire sufficient training to perform good quality submerged arc welding.

AUTOMATON WELDING AGENDA

• TEAM RECOGNITION. ASSEMBLY AND START-UP.
• ADJUSTMENT OF THE EQUIPMENT BEFORE WELDING.
• PLACEMENT. ADJUSTMENT OF THE HEAD AND PARAMETERS.
• WELDING OF STEEL SHEETS, DIFFERENT CONFIGURATIONS
• ACCORDING TO SHEET THICKNESS:
  • WITHOUT BISEL
  • WITH BISEL

PREREQUISITES: It is aimed at active and unemployed workers.
DURATION: 40 hours (5 theoretical hours and 35 practical hours in the workshop).
MODALITY: CLASSROOM-BASED.
