The workers are the fundamental element of the company, and therefore their motivation is an essential part for its proper functioning. A motivated worker is more effective and responsible, therefore, within each company different policies must be developed that motivate workers to give the best of themselves. Pursuing happiness at work is not utopia, it is the key to having more productive organizations.
Through Role Playing, exercises and dynamics, we will analyze the connection between passion and motivation, the definition of success or the pitfalls of comparison, among other topics.
